When will I receive my order?
We ship all over Egypt within 2-5 business days (Friday is not a Business Day). (Delays may occur due to national holidays)
How do I cancel my order?
Hopefully this will not happen, but anyway there is no need to worry, if you made a mistake while ordering you can cancel at the same day without being charged as long as order hasn’t been shipped yet.
How do I return my order?
That’s very easy, request an exchange by contacting us at info@ritzy-egypt.com , all exchange requests must be placed within 14 days from the delivery date.
Make sure the product is in perfect Condition.
Make sure that it’s not your last Ritzy order.
