- When will I receive my order?

We ship all over Egypt within 2-5 business days (Friday is not a Business Day).
(Delays may occur due to national holidays)
- How do I cancel my order?
- Hopefully this will not happen, but anyway there is no need to worry, if you made a mistake while ordering you can cancel at the same day without being charged as long as order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- How do I return my order?
- That’s very easy, request an exchange by contacting us at info@ritzy-egypt.com , all exchange requests must be placed within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Make sure the product is in perfect Condition.
- Make sure that it’s not your last Ritzy order.
- Note: You’ll be charged a fee of EGP 50 for shipping.
- HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY BAG?
- Treat it as you wish to see it.
- Store it in a cool place with no direct light such as dust bag or cotton pillowcase
- Don’t put your bag in the sun for too long.
- Don’t put your bag in front of constant source of heat.
